Lukoil plans $4.5 billion spending in Iraq

Moscow-Russia's second largest oil producer Lukoil expects to invest around $4.5 billion in Iraq's West Qurna 2 oil field over the next four or five years, the Russian company's CEO Vagit Alekperov said December 24.
