Chinese refiners to increase December runs

Singapore-Chinese refiners plan to process 18.24 million mt (around 4.3 million b/d) of crude in December, up 1.7% from 17.94 million mt processed in November, a Platts monthly survey showed. The Platts survey covered Sinopec's 16 refineries across north, east and south China, which have a combined nameplate crude processing capacity of 178.5 million mt/year. It also covered PetroChina's seven major refineries in northern China, which have a total nameplate crude processing capacity of 77 million mt/year.
