Vanco refuses to suspend arbitration appeal against Ukraine, but ready for talks

Kiev—Vanco Prykerchenska, the joint venture led by US oil company Vanco Energy which is in dispute with Ukraine over a license, said August 8 it was ready for talks with the government but that it would not suspend its appeal to international arbitration until there was significant progress in the talks.
