Moscow—Crude production at Russia’s Prira-zlomnoye field, the first oil field to be developed in the Russian Arctic, is expected to start declining a year after reaching the peak of 6.5 million mt/year (130,000 b/d) around 2016, an official at a Gazprom subsidiary developing the project said August 8.
