Hong Kong—Chinese integrated oil giant China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation, or Sinopec, said April 7 it will raise its capital expenditure to Yuan 121.8 billion (17.33 billion) this year, up 11.5% from last year's Yuan 109.28 billion.
