Oxy, Abu Dhabi’s IPIC sign cooperation agreement

New York—US-based Occidental Petroleum and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi have signed an agreement calling for joint participation in “hydrocarbon-related” investments, Oxy said March 10. In a statement, Oxy did not provide specifics of any future projects, but said they would include upstream and downstream ventures both within and outside the Middle East.
