Singapore—China National Offshore Oil Corporation's 2007 net profit edged up just 1% from a year ago to Yuan 31.26 billion (4.44 billion at current exchange rates) on a lackluster 2% rise in revenue to Yuan 90.72 billion, the state-owned exploration and production giant said March 27.
