Moscow-Kazakhstan plans to cut its export duties on crude and fuel oil by the end of the week, an energy ministry spokesman said November 10, in an attempt to support oil producers and domestic consumers during big falls in crude oil prices and rising domestic oil products prices."The ministry of industry and trade is revising the export duties now, and it is expected that the new [duties] will be introduced by the end of the week," the spokesman said.
