Dubai-The Iraqi cabinet November 16 approved a security agreement that outlines conditions for a continued US military presence in the country until their final withdrawal at the end of 2011, including the US retaining oversight of Iraq's oil revenue. The pact, which is now awaiting parliamentary approval, was approved by an overwhelming majority of the Iraqi cabinet and sets June 30, 2009, as the deadline for US troops to withdraw from all Iraqi cities and towns, government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said in televised remarks after the deal was concluded.
