China to link strategic sites

Hong Kong—Two of China’s first phase strategic petroleum reserve bases, Zhenhai and Aoshan in eastern China’s Zhejiang province, are expected to be connected by underwater pipeline, with construction of the link scheduled to be completed by April 2008, sources close to both bases told Platts June 12.
