Tehran-Iran's Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC) and Malaysia's SKS Ventures signed a 6 billion agreement December 26 for development of the offshore Golshan and Ferdows gas fields with engineering work to begin immediately, oil minister Gholamhossein Nozari and other senior officials said on state television and radio.
