EU agrees energy plan with Black Sea, Caspian states

London-The EU and governments of a number of countries of the Black Sea and Caspian Sea regions agreed in Astana, Kazakhstan, November 30 to draw up a common energy strategy, the European Commission said in a statement, as Europe looks to secure oil and gas supplies from the regions.
