Gazprom set to begin development of giant Bovanenkovo gas field

Moscow-Russian gas giant Gazprom said October 6 it expects its huge Bovanenkovo gas field, one of a series of deposits on the remote Yamal peninsula in Northern Russia, to finally go into production in the third quarter of 2011.
