Australia's Carbon Energy signs memorandum to study coal gasification in India

Sydney-Australia's Carbon Energy has signed a memorandum of understanding with India's Singareni Collieries to investigate the joint development of underground coal gasification projects in the Godavari Valley in the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, the Australian company said in a statement November 23.
