Hong Kong-Net profit at Chinese producer CNPC (Hong Kong) for the first six months of 2006 rose by 95.8% to HK 1.48 billion (190.25 million), the company said September 11.Sales by the Hong Kong-listed company, which holds uptream assets in China, South America, the Middle East and Asia, totaled HK 1.97 trillion for the half, up 30.9% year-on-year.
