Petrobras' international spending to soar

Rio de Janeiro-Brazil's oil giant Petrobras said it would spend 12.1 billion outside Brazil over the 2007-2011 period, 81% more than in its previous five-year plan, with most spending going to projects in Argentina and Venezuela in its own region, and offshore Africa and the US Gulf of Mexico overseas.
