Deuss' woes have buyers eyeing Louisiana refinery

"The refinery is absolutely not for sale, and no such transaction is in the works or contemplated," insisted a plant spokeman. But speculation persists that players ranging from foreign majors to other small independents could be interested in Calcasieu.
