ConocoPhillips Alaska in pact on gas line

Anchorage-ConocoPhillips has reached agreement with the state of Alaska on fiscal terms on a contract to build a proposed us20-bil North Slope natural gas pipeline,but the two other big North Slope gas producers,BP and ExxonMobil,remain in negotiations with the state.
