Croatia sets IPO price at 303/share for INA stake

London-The Croatian government has fixed the price of the initial public offering for its remaining 15% stake in oil and gas company INA at Kuna 1,690/share (303.10) following the expiry of the IPO deadline November 27, the official Croatian news agency Hina said November 28. Croatian citizens have been given the right to buy some 55% of the shares on offer, with the remainder to be sold to local and foreign institutional and strategic investors. Shares from the IPO, which was eight times oversubscribed, will be transferred December 1.
