ChcIPipe sets IPO price range at 3.5 dollars-4.6 dollars per share, GBR

OJSC Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant (ChTPZ), or ChelPipe, has established a price range for shares and GDR for its IPO at from 3.50 dollars to 4.60 dollars apiece, the company said. The company estimates its capitalization will be 2 dollars-2.7 billion dollars following the additional issue. Book-building begins on January 26.
