A strike at Serbia's state-owned Pancevo refinery continued into a fourth day Apr 12,raising concern of a fuel crisis as drivers filled their tanks fearing shortages,according to local reports.Workers at the 100,000 b/d refinery,the country's largest,began a blockade of the plant's entrance Apr 8 after pay talks collapsed.Unions are demanding a 30% salary increase.
