New York-Former Calpine E&P unit Rosetta Resources has filed for a us950-mil initial public offering,according to a securities filing Oct 7. The company's focus is primarily on natural gas E&P concentrated in the Sacramento Basin of California,South Texas,the Gulf of Mexico and the Rocky Mountains.As of Apr 30,Rosetta said estimated total proved oil and gas reserves were 383 Bcfe,including 368 Bcf of gas and 2.5-mil bbl of oil and condensate.
