Williams plans to spin off some of its midstream pipeline and natural gas liquids assets into a master partnership that will sell stock in a us93.5-mil initial public offering,Williams said May 2.The new company,to be named Williams Partners,will be operated by executives of Tulsa-based Williams,according to the new company's registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
