Oil production from the BHP Billiton-operated Angostura field offshore Trinidad and Tobago is significantly lower than original estimates,an industry official said this week.Field production,which started Jan 9,is now running at about 45,000 b/d,well off the estimated 2005 average of 60,000 b/d put forward by project partners."I don't think it will ever get up to that,"the source said of the 60,000 b/d estimate.
