Crude soars on worries over Saudi security

New York/Dubai-Front-month crude futures on the New York Mercantile Exchange rallied 1.63 to an all-time high settle of 63.94/bbl Aug 8,propelled by continued refinery outages and warnings by the US and British governments of terror attack threats in Saudi Arabia.The news rocked oil markets overseas as well,with front-month Brent on London's International Petroleum Exchange settling at an all-time high of 62.70/bbl.
