Resids/bunkers: Dearth of prompt HSFO

High sulfur fuel oil in Northwest Europe started the week on a firm note, with blending delays attributed to a lack of finished prompt product in the Rotterdam area and firmer price levels. A number of bunker suppliers reported no availability of prompt finished, high sulfur product.
