Jakarta-Indonesia's state-owned oil and gas company Pertamina has dropped plans to export gasoil in the first quarter of 2009 and will instead offer the product to local units of Anglo-Dutch major Shell, Malaysia's Petronas and Indonesian company Aneka Kimia Raya, a senior official said February 17.
