Americas crude: ANCAP buys Urals from Mercuria

Uruguay's state oil company ANCAP bought 1 million barrels of Urals from Mercuria through a tender, a source close to ANCAP said Wednesday. ANCAP bought the Russian grade of crude Tuesday at Dated Brent plus around 70 cents/barrel on a delivered basis to the port of Jose Ignacio in the first week of January, said market sources.
