Urals differentials in the Mediterranean rose again Thursday while levels dropped in Northwest Europe. In the Platts Market on Close assessment process, Vitol offered a Urals cargo in NWE at Dated Brent minus $0.40/barrel scheduled loading November 2-6. In addition, Lukoil and Gunvor offered Urals crude in NWE but withdrew their offers later in the MOC process. Lukoil offered down to Dated Brent minus $0.45/b before withdrawing shortly after offering that price. The cargo was for scheduled loading Nov 9-13 ex-Primorsk. Gunvor withdrew its offer at Dated Brent minus $0.25/b scheduled loading November 3-7, ex-Primorsk, Gdansk or Murmansk. On the other hand, Glencore bid for Urals in NWE at Dated Brent minus $0,75/b scheduled loading November 12-16, ex-Primorsk or Gdansk.
