Fuel oil prices in Singapore were mixed Tuesday, with the 180 CST/380 CST viscosity spread widening, traders said; Fuel oil demand remained a cause for concern for most traders, amid steady to higher Western supply flows into Asia.Around 3.3-3.5 million mt of fuel oil was expected to flow into Singapore from the West this August, steady from July levels. At the same time, supplies in Singapore could grow in the coming weeks, due to weaker demand in the island nation and in the Far East, thanks partly to higher outright fuel oil prices.
