International crude: South searching for Urals

Urals differentials in the Mediterranean moved up Thursday as buyers sought barrels in the south, while sellers held back. The recent improvement in refining margins and firm Saudi official selling prices helped support the levels of the Russian sour crude. Urals in Northwest Europe was seen stable as the market was balanced for the time being and margins in the region moved within a narrow range.
