Method envisages autumn soil treatment, application of mineral fertilizers and cutting of crests, spring potatoes planting, plant care, irrigation and harvesting. Pre-landing preparation of tubers for planting is carried out in electrochemically activated catholyte with pH 8–9 and Eh = −400 ÷ −500 mV, stabilized with glycine in amount of 0.01 wt. %, containing in the emulsion ultrafine iron particles Fe with hydrodynamic radius of 716 nm and ultrafine particles of silicon oxide SiO2 with hydrodynamic radius of 388 nm in weight ratio of 1:3 at their dosage respectively of Fe - 16 × 10-4 Mole/l and SiO2 nanoparticles - 6 × 10-3 Mole/l under pressure of 114 × 103 Pa. Treatment is carried out at the apparatus with a rotating drum with a drum rotation frequency of 10 rpm and a treatment time of 5 minutes.;EFFECT: method allows to increase potato yield and quality.;1 cl, 4 tbl
