The price of Singapore 180 CST high sulfur fuel oil marched to a new high of 536 02/mt for the second straight day Tuesday,climbing another 5.62/mt from Monday's high of 530.40/mt,Platte data showed.Apart from the 180 CST fuel oil grade,the spread between the higher viscosity 180 CST fuel oil grade and its lower viscosity 380 CST cousin has also breached unchartered territory.
