Russian Urals crude differentials in the Mediterranean came off Monday asthe market absorbed news that Russia has slashed its export duty for crude oil."The effect of this news will be reabsorbed during the day,"a trader said,adding that exports are expected to grow as a result.Underscoring the weaker trend,during the Platts Market on Close assessment process,Mercuria offered an 80,000 mt cargo down to Dated Brent minus 90 cents/barrel on a CIF Augusta basis,the first sign of the price decreasing after it rose above Dated Brent on Friday.
