Istanbul-Turkey's independent energy market regulator,the EPDK,is to issue within the next week licenses for three projects to con struct refineries at Turkey's Mediterranean oil port of Ceyhan,expected to become a major oil hub in the coming years.Turkish business daily Dunya quoted EPDK head Yusuf Gunay as saying May 22 that the regulator was processing applications from three consortia for licenses to construct refineries at Ceyhan,all of which would be finalized and issued over the next week.
