Cape Town,South Africa-Nigerians returned to work June 25,two days after the country's two main trade unions ended a four-day general strike,but tensions remain high in the volatile oil-producing Niger Delta.The unions suspended the strike after President Umaru Yar'Adua gave a commitment there would be no further increases in the price of fuel at the pumps for a year.
