EIA sees world oil stocks tightening at year-end

New York-Worldwide commercial oil stocks,based on days of supply,could hit "historically low levels" by year-end,the US Energy Information Administration said July 10.In its Short-Term Energy Outlook for July,EIA said rising world consumption,modest growth in non-OPEG production and 1.7 million b/d of OPEC production cuts since November have pulled down global oil stocks from their highest levels in nine years.
