European fuel oil values remained strong relative to crude Wednesday as futures continued to fall,down by US0.59/bbl at the close.An independent barge market saw values fall by US4/mt during MOC.That market was finally assessed at US293/mt at the close.During MOC,barges traded up from US292-US293/mt at the FE while FW traded earlier at US293/mt and shortly before the close at US295/mt.Petroned remained offered at US293/mt FE and Lukoil US295/mt BE while BP bid US292/mt flexi.
