Costa Rican state oil Recope would likely need a cargo of about 290,000 bbl of crude to be delivered during the first week of September but a tender has not yet been authorized,a company source said Monday.This would be a purchase in addition to other crude that the company normally buys from PDVSA through direct negotiations.Costa Rica's refineries can process crude grades of between 28 API and 28 API.
