Any-month June material moved at 35 cts/gal over the July NYMEX contract for 25,000 bbl.Supply remains tight in New York Harbor after barrels due to arrive at end-April from the Middle East and Venezuela were instead diverted to Europe.Also,refiners are no longer under contractual obligation to supply material.
