The US Gulf Coast gasoline cash differential market was off to a strong start on Friday but the deltas wound down from their peaks as the NYMEX began to rally.In general,traders were still trying to sort out which refineries successfully survived Hurricane Ivan and how quickly the USGC would be able to get back to its prestorm production levels.
