Singapore-Bunkers have dropped to 6-month lows and, at minimum, could fall further this week, traders said Tuesday. 380 CST fuel declined to us156/mt on Monday, according to Platts assessments, its lowest since last Oct 29. Monday also saw the biggest one-day fall, us11/mt, in 15 days.
