Shell emerged a keen buyer of North Sea crude Friday fueling speculation that it is looking at a number transatlantic arbitrage options throughout September.Shell was said to have fixed around three Selma-sized vessels in the first decade of September and was also reported to have fixed a VC the Aster Carina on later dates all believed to be with USA or US options.
