International crude: Cash lags futures recovery

Brent futures staged a recovery Friday afternoon but the physical market remained in the doldrums, as several new offers came through at lower levels but no fresh buying emerged. BP was the most active player on teh sell side, showing five cargoes to the market since early morning.
