Americas crude:Gulf sweets surge on closed arb

Sweet crude differentials surged on the US Gulf Coast RTuesday on the back of the closed arbitrage from Europe and West Africa and the collapsing Nov/Dec NYMEX spread.Buyers snapped up November barrels at 50-58 cts ovr WTI,sharply stronger than Monday's 43-45 ct ovr range.HLS also strengthened from 17-23 cts over range yesterday to 25-30 cts over today.
