摘要

Recently, we presented a classical-over-barrier ionization (COBI) model [J. X. Shao , Phys. Rev. A 77, 042711 (2008)] to calculate the pure single- and double-ionization cross sections of He. We extend the COBI model to calculate the simultaneous ionization of the projectile and target in the energy range of 20-500 keV/amu. The results of the model are in excellent agreement with the experimental data. The mechanism of the simultaneous ionization is also discussed.
