Novomer Sells Converge Polyols Business To Two Subsidiaries of Saudi Aramco

Boston— Novomer said it has successfully completed the sale of its Converge polyols business to Aramco Services Co. and Saudi Aramco Technologies, subsidiaries of Saudi Aramco, in a transaction valued at up to $100-million. The sale includes Novomer's extensive C02 (carbon dioxide) polyol patent portfolio, as well as certain equipment and product inventory.
