BASF Inaugurates Facility in Shanghai For Production of Resins, Electrocoat

Shanghai— BASF has started up its new world-scale resin and electro-coat plant at the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park in China (PCN, 19-26 Aug 2013, p 2). The facility is located adjacent, to another automotive coatings plant, which was opened last year. The close proximity of the two plants will allow for more synergies and efficiency, BASF said.
