Easily create interactive forms with InDesign and Acrobat Pro

Forms are a part of everyday life. We use them to apply for job positions, register for events, and order catalog merchandise, as shown in FIGURE A. Some forms are fairly simple, needing only basic info, such as name, address, and a one- or two-Sine explanation. Others can be very detailed, requiring computation and conditional data. But whatever the extent, sooner or later you'll be asked to create one.
