Magnum Hunter Resources said Monday it has emerged from bankruptcy in a much stronger financial position - but without its embattled chief executive. Gary Evans, who helmed the natural gasfocused producer since 2009, was ousted as chairman and CEO, as were four members of the board of directors, according to a company filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
